COOU Admission List – The Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has released her long awaited admission list for the 2026/2027 academic year to be accessed both on the school portal and JAMB CAPS
Following the conclusion of the Post Utme screening exercise, the management of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has released her first batch admission lists which has already begin reflecting on JAMB CAPS.
The COOU admission list contains names of candidates who have been offered provisional admission into various undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates that participated in the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise can now check their admission status online.
How to Check and Accept COOU Admission List
Since JAMB CAPS is the system that first processes candidates Admission. You are advised to visit JAMB Caps https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ Enter your JAMB username and password, Scroll down and click on Check Admission Status, Select Access my CAPS, Tap Admission Status to see your update, Accept Admission on CAPs first.
Secondary log into the school portal, and input your Jamb Registration number: https://portal.coou.edu.ng/prospective_students
Note: Admission list are released in batches….you are advised to wait if you didn’t see your name.
when you check the CAPS. You may likely come across these messages Admission Offered, Admission in Progress (AIP), Recommended, Not Admitted, Pending
Congrats if it’s Admission Offered, proceed by Accepting the Admission, Once accepted, print your JAMB admission letter. Then proceed to COOU Acceptance Fee Payment Guidelines.
Candidates who did not upload their result as at the time of their JAMB application (Awaiting Result) should do so immediately by visiting any Computer Based Test (CBT) Centre nearest to them to upload their O’Level results on JAMB website.
